This dish hides a long history since its elaboration is of centennial origin. If we go back to the purest origin of this dish, we will have to take our mind back until the nineteenth century. A time when the name of the dish referred to the Tartar fillet.
Therefore, about 200 years ago, this recipe made from minced beef and egg accompanied by a sauce that made the meat juicier.
