Sobre todo porque son muy arom\u00e1ticas y sabrosas, con un gusto persistente. Estas propiedades son el resultado de un proceso de maduraci\u00f3n \u2013ya que se elaboran con salmuera o con aceite\u2013 de 8 meses y posteriormente las anchoas se introducen en frascos de vidrio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un entrante estrella<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfHay mejor manera de empezar una buena comida junto al mar que con unas rebanada de pan con tomate y anchoas en nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/canmiquelrestaurant.com\/es\/carta-cocina-mediterranea-tradicional-costa-brava\/\"><strong>restaurante Can Miquel<\/strong><\/a>?
