Products that make possible the preparation of the menu of this <em>restaurant in l&#8217;Escala<\/em> which is rich in Catalan products and proximity.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Can Miquel is a restaurant in l&#8217;Escala with Mediterranean roots<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Catalan cuisine is born as result of different culinary influences, which over the years have been leaving the various migratory flows that have passed through this territory. All these culinary influences along with its mild climate and its sea and mountain territory have been responsible for the authentic essence of this gastronomy.<\/p>\n<p>Talk about Catalan cuisine is to talk about its territory, as its abrupt mountains bathed by the water of the Mediterranean Sea are responsible for giving us those wonderful products with which we elaborate each dish of our menu.<\/p>\n<p>Dishes that respect the product to the maximum, we elaborate rich traditional recipes adapted to the modern times. Each one of our recipes is the reflection of our traditions and cultural environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The fruits of the sea are present<\/h2>\n<p>If we have to highlight a product in our recipe, without a doubt would be the seafood. Elements very present in the menu of our restaurant l&#8217;Escala and with which we make traditional recipes such as the Rape &#8220;all cremat&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, we have the rice made from fish.
